Day 095 of 365
Looks like summer might finally be on it’s way. I went an evening walk without a ski jacket, there’s been this odd ball of fire in the sky all week, and (although it’s hard to tell from the photo) the leaves are finally starting to appear on the trees again.

Daffodils springing up amidst the wild garlic. I love the smell of springtime!

This is the first one of these I’ve seen in the real world. I guess the government must consider my town to be less shit than it actually is. I mean, my car doesn’t even have electric windows, never mine an electric engine!

Sometimes people ask me why I only post photos of one of my dogs. The answer is that my other one, as loving as he is, runs like a dork with his tongue half out.

Won this in a raffle! I never win raffles. Though it’s not a real win since (un-patriotically) I hate whiskey.

Day 087 of 365
Quite possibly the creepiest thing I’ve ever come across. A decapitated doll, clutching a teddy bear at the bottom of the cliffs with it’s head burnt to a crisp.

“I love old books. They tell you stories about their use. You can see where the fingerprints touched the pages as they held the book open. You can see how long they lingered on each page by the finger stains.”

Day 084 of 365
We’ve been walking this beach for 2 years yet he’s only just realised he can swim. Our whole walk now involves me throwing driftwood into the ocean for him to bring back.

Why I’m Going To Hell

I always feel that giving flowers to someone after a death is a little like saying “Hey, here’s some flowers. They’re going to die in a week just like your husband did.”
